  • Scroll through the grocery items available - you can navigate to different grocery categories at the top of the screen

  • Click +Add To Delivery to any item you would like in your cart

  • You can also change the Quantity of each grocery item you would like from the drop down menu

Reach your order minimum

  • You will see a red pop up above the grocery items listed in your cart stating: You have not met the minimum order requirement. This order will not be delivered and will be deleted within the next 60-minutes”

  • To ensure your order is delivered and not deleted; please fill your cart with enough grocery items to meet your order minimum

  • Once you reach the order minimum, the red pop up will go away and your order will be delivered


Continue shopping until you spend all credit available

  • You can continue shopping until you reach your credit allotment

  • Once you spend all of the free credit available; you will be prompted with three options:

    • Option 1: Check Out Now - No payment method is required, you can shop completely at no cost to you

    • Option 2: Add a payment method - You can add a payment method that will be charged for any additional items in your cart past the free credit amount

    • Option 3: Click Close to modify your cart before finalizing an order

  • If you’ve added a payment method in the past, you will be able to continue adding items without the pop-up screen. Track your total at the bottom of your cart before completing your order!


Check Out

  • Select or type in  your shipping address and double check everything looks correct

  • Be sure to check the “Apply $ store credit” to your order 

    • If your order value is greater than the your credit available, you will have the option to put in your credit card 

  • Select “Place Order” at the bottom the screen

How do I Change my Password?

  • Click “My Account”

  • Click “Account Info” on the left-hand side

  • Click the checkbox “Change Password

  • Type in your old password in the “current password”

  • Type in the new password you want in “password”

  • Re-type the new password in “confirm password”


How can I check my credit for free groceries?

  • The “Store Credit” on the search bar will tell you the available credit value

Why am I only seeing “product not available?”

  • If you are only seeing “product not available” - you likely missed your order cut-off to shop for the week.

  • You can contact our Social Impact team at socialimpact@hungryharvest.net to confirm your shopping and delivery windows

how do I make sure I receive the grocery delivery at no cost?

  • Option 1: Do not add a payment method, by only shopping with the free credit available - you never need to add a payment method and can continue to receive fresh produce and groceries delivered to your door at no cost to you!

  • Option 2: If you’ve already added a payment method; be sure to track the total of your order at the bottom of your cart to make sure you still have credit available when you complete your order.
